Random Sample Policy

All sample requests must be emailed to sales@adsonmagnets.com with the product number, shipping address, and shipping account number for us to ship the sample on. We do not take sample requests over the phone.

Samples requested and the amount are not guaranteed, we will send what we have in stock at the time.

Samples will ship the next business day after the request was made and confirmed by our team.

Due to the number of sample requests we receive, not all samples are free.  Some of our higher priced products do have a sample fee. We will confirm the price and availability once sample request is submitted through email.

We will refund the sample fee if order is placed within 30 days or sample request. 

Pre-Production Sample & Spec Sample Policy

Pre-Production and Spec Samples must be requested at the same time the order is submitted. You must have an official order to request a Pre-Production or Spec Sample with us.

If there is a setup fee for the product you will be charged with the setup fee and the preproduction sample fee before the whole order is placed. Your set up fee will transfer to your order and you will not be charged a repeat set up fee once the official order is placed after sample is approved.

Preproduction samples and Spec Samples will ship 5-7 days after Spec Sample is approved to print. We will need either a UPS or Fedex account number or Credit Card to ship out sample.

Once Spec Sample is received and approved by client that is when the official time period for production time starts.
